Screenshot Crawler

Most screenshot tools scroll the page. Some pages don’t scroll.

Screenshot Crawler captures the columns, sidebars and panels that scroll inside a page — at their full length.

Open a dashboard, a documentation site, an admin console. The window doesn’t move; the panels inside it do. Ask a normal full-page tool for a screenshot and you get one frozen frame of whatever happened to be visible, because there was no document scroll for it to follow.

This extension scrolls each panel instead, capturing and stitching as it goes. A 6,000-pixel column comes back as a 6,000-pixel image.

Five ways to capture

Rulers and guides

Pixel rulers down both edges, guides you drag out and nudge one pixel at a time, and measurements between any two guides or out to the page edge. Double-click a guide to remove it.

What it does not do

No account. No sign-up. Nothing is uploaded, and the extension makes no network requests of its own — captures are assembled in your browser and saved to your machine.

There is no audio, no webcam and no continuous screen recording. The GIF mode records a single scroll pass through a panel and then stops.

Free, and what Pro adds

Every capture mode above is free, along with PNG and PDF export, clipboard copy, and the rulers. Nothing is size-limited or watermarked.

Pro is a one-time purchase that adds batch capture from a list of URLs, scrolling GIF recording, per-site presets, saved guide templates, capture diffing and searchable PDF export. See pricing.
