Find my key

Lost your licence key? Recover it from your receipt.

When you bought Pro, Paddle emailed you a receipt. It carries a transaction reference beginning txn_. Enter that, plus the email address you bought with, and your key will be shown again.

Both are required. The email address on its own is deliberately not enough — otherwise anyone could look up someone else’s key.
