Refund policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
You can request a full refund of a Screenshot Crawler Pro licence within fourteen (14) days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request one
Email support@screenshotcrawler.com from the address you bought with, or use the contact link on the receipt Paddle sent you. Include the transaction reference from that receipt so the purchase can be found.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle processes them, and how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
The licence key issued for that purchase stops being valid. Pro features return to their locked state. The free features of the extension are unaffected and keep working.
Who you are buying from
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every order. They handle payment, tax and refunds, and their Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside this policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Buyers in Australia have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including remedies where a product is faulty or does not match its description.
Buyers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because a licence key is delivered immediately, checkout asks you to consent to that immediate delivery, which can waive the statutory withdrawal right. The 14-day policy above is offered regardless.
Duplicate purchases
Bought twice by accident? Email support and the duplicate will be refunded, whether or not fourteen days have passed.
