These terms cover the Screenshot Crawler browser extension, this website, and the Screenshot Crawler Pro licence. Installing the extension or buying a licence means you accept them.
1. The licence you are buying
A Pro licence is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features of Screenshot Crawler. It does not expire and is not a subscription.
One licence covers one person. You may use it on as many of your own computers and browser profiles as you like. You may not share, resell, publish or sublicense your key. A key found to be shared publicly may be revoked.
You are buying a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
2. Purchases
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all orders. Your contract of sale is with Paddle, and their Buyer Terms apply. Prices are in US dollars and tax is calculated by Paddle at checkout.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
3. Revocation
A licence key may be revoked where the purchase was refunded, reversed or charged back, or where the key has been shared publicly. Revocation removes access to Pro features. The free features continue to work.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you capture. Do not use Screenshot Crawler to copy material you have no right to copy, to breach another site’s terms, or to collect personal information unlawfully. The batch capture feature requests pages the way a browser does; using it at a volume or frequency that burdens a site you do not control is your responsibility, not ours.
Do not attempt to forge, tamper with or circumvent licence keys.
5. The software is provided as is
Screenshot Crawler is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It is not guaranteed to capture every page correctly. Websites vary enormously, and some layouts, cross-origin frames and content that loads as you scroll may not capture cleanly.
Nothing in this section limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer legislation where you live. Those cannot be excluded. Where a remedy may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the software or refunding what you paid.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to Screenshot Crawler is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profit or lost time.
7. Availability
This website and the licence recovery service are provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable at times. Your licence does not depend on them: keys are verified offline inside the extension and keep working regardless.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The date above shows when they last did. Changes are not retrospective — the terms in force when you bought govern that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Purchases made through Paddle are additionally governed by their Buyer Terms.
